TCS is Hiring 2025: Engineering Fresher Hiring for the graduating batch

TCS NQT 2025: TCS NQT is an initiative started by TCS to assess an entry level candidate’s skill and potential for entry level jobs in TCS. TCS NQT follows an integrated Test Pattern for Prime, Digital and Ninja fresher hiring at TCS. Candidates need to appear for a single test and based on the test performance, they will qualify for Prime, Digital or Ninja interviews.

TCS NQT is open for candidates who have completed academic qualifications in any specialization offered by AICTE/UGC recognized Universities/ Colleges for the graduating batch of 2025, B. Tech, B.E., M. Tech, M.E., M.C.A., M.Sc. The detailed eligibility and application process are given below.

TCS National Qualifier Test 2025:

Test Name: National Qualifier Test (NQT)

Role: Trainee

Batch: 2025

Educational Qualification: B. Tech/ B.E./ M. Tech/ M.E./ M.C.A./ M.Sc.

Job Location: Across India

Last Date for Application: 23 March 2025

Salary (Expected):

• Prime level: ₹9 to ₹11.5 LPA
• Digital: ₹7 to ₹7.3 LPA
• Ninja: ₹3.36 to ₹3.53 LPA

TCS NQT Follows an integrated Test Pattern for entry level hiring at TCS. Based on the performance of candidates in NQT test candidates will qualify for any one of the following hiring categories:

• Prime
• Digital
• Ninja

Application Process:

Step 1. Log in to TCS NextStep Portal

 Step 2. Click on Register Now –

If you are already registered on TCS NextStep, kindly log in with your reference ID and proceed to complete the application form. If you are a new user then kindly click on “Register Now” choose category ‘IT’ and proceed further. Complete the details and click on ‘Apply for Drive’.

Step 3: Select mode of test (In Centre), choose your preferred test centers and click on apply.

Note: Allocation of the Centre will depend on the availability of the center.

Important Points to be Noted:

• You must have all your original documents to date, to be submitted at the time of interview (if shortlisted).
• Communication related to the test will be provided by our official test partner, TCS iON.
• TCS does not send any hiring related communication or job offers from email ids such as Gmail, Rediffmail, Yahoo Mail, Hotmail etc.
• TCS does not ask candidates to deposit money for any employment offer.
• TCS is not associated with any external agency/company to conduct interviews or make offers of employment, on its behalf.
• Do note, meeting TCS eligibility criteria is mandatory. We will review candidate’s eligibility at every stage of the selection process and if found ineligible or declared details are discrepant, the candidature will be disqualified.
