Role: AWS Data Engineer (Glue/Pyspark)
Job Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Bhubaneshwar, Kochi
Experience: 4+ years
Qualifications: BACHELOR OF ENGINEERING
Job Description:
- Hands on in AWS Data services like Aurora, Lambda, AWS Glue ETL for calling APIs and extracting data into S3 and RDS and further visualizing with QuickSight
- Working knowledge, awareness of security and best practices for IAM,S3, IAM., Lambda ,AWS Glue,VPC, Secret Manager, Cloud Formation, Terraform ,QuickSight
- Ability to guide testing team on ETL Strategy
- Strong PySpark and Python Skills
- ETL design skills
- Proficient in database/ model design for RDS
- Experience in normalizing complex JSON Schema and loading into database.
- Good understanding of data modelling (With and without tools) including design of entity relationships, data flows and conceptual and logical data models, data dictionaries.
- Strong knowledge in writing page long complex SQL queries to join 40+ to create denormalized layer for reporting.
