Snowflake: Senior Salesforce Developer, Marketing/Sales Cloud

Snowflake’s CRM organization is seeking a Salesforce developer to join our growing team. In this role you will have the opportunity to build business applications and design features to improve the reliability of our applications and systems. As the Salesforce developer you are responsible to translate business needs into technical specifications, design and development solutions, test and deploy them into production.
Role:
- Senior Salesforce Developer, Marketing/Sales Cloud
Location:
- Pune: 3 days per week.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree required in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Technology, or in a related field
Certifications:
- Salesforce Platform Developer is a must

Responsibilities:
- Technical design and implementation of Lead to Quote solutions using Salesforce Sales cloud
- Provide day to day Salesforce platform and user support
- Document as-is and to-be architecture solutions. Present complex solutions, options and benefits to key technical program stakeholders.
- Responsible for defining, estimating, and shaping Sales and Marketing technical solutions using best practices.
- Integrate Salesforce Sales cloud with third party managed packages used in Lead scoring, Data enrichment, outreach such as Lean Data
- Maintain and configure our development and test instances for our internal sandboxes.
- Communicate and work effectively with cross functional teams including business teams, product teams, global IT Apps teams, consultants & vendors
- Responsible for issue resolution in UAT and post production support of Sales and Marketing functionality
Desired Skills & Experience:
- 7+ years Salesforce experience with hands on Lightning web component experience and Apex coding
- Must have good knowledge of Salesforce Sales objects used such as Leads, Accounts, Opportunities
- Strong knowledge on Sales forecasting, Territories and user management
- Extensive knowledge of Salesforce security best practices along with Sharing and visibility
- Solid experience in data migration strategy, tools and processes
- Experience working with Salesforce communities, Apex, SOQL, Visual Force, Lightning, JavaScript, VS code IDE, Workbench, Data Loader, Reports and Dashboards
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce Objects and Data Model
- Strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills and strong sense of ownership
