• Inbound Voice Operator.

Location:

• Pune

Experience:

• 0 to 2 years.

Key Requirements:

• Excellent Communication Skill – English, Hindi, Marathi.
• Candidate should possess ability to work under pressure.
• Candidate should have a pleasant voice with good telephonic etiquettes.
• Candidate must have knowledge of computer handling. Ability to comprehend and follow instructions and direction.
• Good at typing.
• Should be comfortable working rotational shift and are eligible for 2 weeks off.

About Inbound Voice Operations

• This role requires taking calls and making appointments.
• Responsible for attending calls.
• Call handler will be responsible that the caller should receives accurate information when a request is made.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for attending calls and providing information as requested by the caller.
• Candidate must ensure that the appropriate information is provided while taking a call.
• Need to adhere to the shift timing (rotational shift).
• Need to maintain basic discipline on the floor.
• Candidate must ensure that the duration of the call is within the standard Average time taken.
• If required need to transfer the calls to the relevant department, customer support or marketing.
• Adhering to the quality requirements and maximizing scores received in the Score Card.
• Should take the feedback received from Quality analyst, Team Leader, Trainer in a positive manner and should work on it.
• Need to adhere to the compliance and policies set by the department.
