Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education
Role Summary:
- Customer support team is the public face of the company and the first point of contact which provides first-class front-line support to our millions of customers.
- Candidate will also work as a internal customer champions working with different product teams to ensure customers stay at the forefront of everything.
- Revolut is looking for a customer support superstar to join team as a Support Specialist.
- As a global fintech organization we have to be available 24/7. Sometimes have to work in night shifts and even on weekends. Night shift compensation will be provided but this is not for everyone so please bear that in mind before applying.
- Role & Responsibilities:
- Providing UK customers support, making sure that customer feels secure whilst using Revolut features.
- Candidate supposed to provide excellent customer service via in-app live chat and phone.
- Representing Revolut online at all times.
- Candidates are required to collaborate with other teams internationally to tackle any customer disruption.
Must have Skills:
- Fluency in English.
- Minimum more than 3 years of experience performing call support in English.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skill.
- Candidate should have good writing, analytical and IT skills.
- Should have ability to explain the complex issues in an easy-to-understand manner.
- To be independent with a problem-solving approach.
- It is a support job so candidate must have an empathy and love for helping people.
- Ability to handle multiple platforms at a same time.
- Good team player.
- Self-motivated and highly flexible Team player.
Good to have Skills:
- Previous experience in Banking/ Finance/ Sale sector will be preferred.
